Booking and payment policy
Please Note: All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
Above the age of 16 are charged full rate.
A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
All payments are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We have charged your card with 50% of your booking, if you would like to pay the remaining amount in cash during your stay, please let us know otherwise it will be deducted on the card you lodged a week before arrival.
We are flexible about cancellation if we can find another booking, however bookings cancelled 100 days or less from arrival date will forfeit the deposit unless another booking is found. If the booking is cancelled by Cedar Park Bed & Breakfast the full payment will be refunded.
A booking confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours of receipt of the booking. In the case, you do not hear from us, email cedarparknz@gmail.com. If the booking is cancelled by the guest more than 100 days from arrival the deposit will not be refunded. If, for any reason, the booking is cancelled by Cedar Park Bed & Breakfast the full payment will be refunded.
NO SMOKING inside any building on the premises. Ash and butts to be removed by the guest.
We will never share, sell or disclose your private information. Ever.
Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
